In March of this year, we launched Talent Acquisition in a Time of Uncertainty to offer resources and support to HR and Talent leaders as they managed the impact of COVID-19 on their businesses.

Though the pandemic is not over, we recognize that we've entered a new stage. There is still uncertainty, but we've seen evidence that we're past the panic and scramble of simply figuring out how to keep the organisation's lights on and doors open and are now at a place where we can look forward―where we can consider not necessarily the "new normal" but instead, "what's next?"

As we navigate this next stage, we've launched Focus on What's Next―a series of articles, insights and ideas designed around our four central principles for this phase: Align, Adapt, Amplify, and Assure to continue to provide you with resources and support. 

Although we will not be adding new content here, the existing Talent Acquisition in a Time of Uncertainty resources are still available below and will continue to provide value in the context of COVID-19 and beyond.

 


It’s not news that COVID-19 is here and is causing real concerns for our health, our economy, and so much more.

As we listen to our clients and learn what they’re experiencing, we know that an area causing big questions is the impact on talent acquisition, talent management, and the overall talent lifecycle.
